阅读：短租平台不好

1. 让市场上长租的房子变少，租金上涨

2. 游客接受到的服务质量下降，酒店都是标准服务，短租平台不行

3. 游客非常吵以及disrespectful to local residents

听力反驳：

1. 短租的房子只是一小部分，实际上是年轻人来到城市租房子导致房租上涨

2. 游客看到网上的差评会考虑，而且差评太多会被平台taken off

3. 政府回应居民的不满，公寓里一间房子有监督的住，剩下的住游客，这样就不会造成坏影响
