IGCSE商务考试介绍

IGCSE商务是一门理论与实际联系非常紧密的国际课程，考试包含很多案例研究，学员将学习分析现实生活中的各种商业例子。

IGCSE商务考试于每年6月和11月进行两次考试，试卷分为Paper1 和Paper 2， 会共同针对上述六章的知识点进行考察。

Paper 1 为简答题，共有4道材料题，每题5小问，共20题，满分80分。占总成绩的50%，考试时间为1小时30分钟；

Paper 2 为案例分析题，共4道题，每题两小问，A问8分，B问12分，共20分一题，满分80分。占总成绩的50%，考试时间为1小时30分钟。

六大易错IGCSE商务知识点

Not all consumers who 'want' a produt or service are customers, as some cannot afford to buy the product or service. 

不是所有对商品或服务有购买欲望的人都会成为客户，首先，TA得先有购买能力。

Candidates might think that the operation process only applies to physical goods. The operation process alo applies to service secotr businesses. The terms 'product' and 'production' can refer to both physical goods and services.

很多同学在学习Operation那一章时，会误认为那部分知识只针对生产有型商品的businesses，其实我们在讲到product和production这两个概念时，即针对有型商品，也针对服务行业。

Candidates often recite a motivation theory from memory, however, will not link it to business objectives or the case study. A generic or unsupported answer will cost valuable additional marks.

很多同学在学习Motivation那部分时，只是简单机械地把那几个理论死记硬背了下来， 事实上，考试时，凡是涉及到这一章节的考题都会要求你把这些理论和实际的商业案例或公司的目标相结合来进行分析才可以得分，重点考察的是你对知识点的应用能力。

In exam questions, candidates might think that value added is only the value added at each stage pf production. However, it can also refer to the preception, by the customer, of added value. For the customer, added value may come from branding, promotion or additional services such as guarantees on electrical products. All these may mean that a business can charge higher prices than competitors.

很多同学对 “value added” 这个概念的理解过于狭义，实际上，我们在生产过程中到底增加了多少value，其实很大意义上是来自于顾客的感知。因此，作为商家，除了生产过程中的增值，还可以通过其他一些方法来增加顾客对于value的感知，比如精美的包装，有效的营销和一些优质的附加服务。通过这一系列方法，都可以对商品定一个更高的价格。

Many candidates mistake a public organisation for a public limited company. This may lose marks as the candidate's answer may not have a suitable example.

很多同学因为拼写上的相似，经常会混淆public organisation和public limited company这两个IGCSE商务知识点  ，切记前者是指国有企业， 后者是上市公司，二者可是千差万别。

Sometimes candidates only state the final answer in calculations. If they make one mistake and end up with the wrong answer, they fail to get any marks. Including workings can mean that some marks are awarded even if the final answer is wrong.
